The Guarantor hereby agrees that he/she will pay to the Landlord all rent and damages due from the Tenant which remains outstanding for more than five (5) days after the payment date and reimburse the Landlord's reasonable costs and expenses reasonably incurred as a result of the tenant's failure to comply with any of the covenants or obligations in the Tenancy Agreement. This Guarantee applies to all Applicants/Lease Holders for this specific unit, and applies for the whole of the term of the tenancy. This Guarantee is not revocable at all during the current Term of the Tenancy Agreement.
